The Job
at aGlance
The Territory Sales manager is responsible for presenting our products and services to existing customers and potential clients, identifying unique consumer characteristics, and recommending ways to promote and sell our products. The Territory Sales manager will oversee the Northeast NY, NJ, MA, CT territories. To be a fit for this role, you should have excellent communication skills and highly motivated and determined to meet our sales target.

A Typical Day
  • Consists of scheduling making a minimum of 6 in person customers / prospects visits per day
  • Identify and develop new account opportunities via account research, calling prospective clients and follow-up on existing
  • Build strong relationships with accounts
  • Implement value added services to ensure long term success


To Land This Opportunity

  • You have a degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
  • You have 3 to 5 years, minimum work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
  • You are familiar with consumer appliance parts distribution & service industry would give you an edge
  • You possess strong communication skills
  • You enjoy traveling
  • You are resilient with a solid and proven track record in achieving sales targets

Formed in 1953, Encompass is one of the country’s largest suppliers of repair parts and accessories for products throughout the home. Encompass also offers complete parts supply chain management, 3PL, depot repair and reverse logistics service.
