A Typical Day
- PO updates, including price adjustments and part substitutions, as well as ETA tracking, and backorder follow-ups with suppliers.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate receipt of shipments, resolving any discrepancies as needed.
- Maintain communication with vendors and suppliers to track order statuses and address any issues that may arise.
- Rerouting and splitting of customer orders as necessary.
To Land This Opportunity
- Possess 2-3 years of customer service experience, with a focus on administrative roles in procurement, call center, or related fields.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate tracking and management of PO-related tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
- Prior experience in post-PO operations, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred.
