Do you want to be a high energy, sales star at a family owned, growing staffing company? Would you like to make $60k your first year? With uncapped earning potential?

Here is what you would be doing:

The Account Manager builds business relationships with customers and prospects. You would call customers to generate repeat sales and/or set sales appointments, delivers marketing materials to potential clients, signs-up and closes new customers as well as follows up with customers on outstanding invoices, and much more!

  • There are no slow days in this fast paced, high-demand position. Your “multi-tasking” skills will be put to the test as you juggle multiple requests and regularly face unexpected challenges that don’t have easy answers.
  • You’re someone who can take a few deep breaths and shake it off when emotions get high. If you’re more reactive, or tend to take things personally, you’re not going to find happiness in this job.
  • Even if you’ve had limited experience, you’re willing to learn how to look someone in the eye and have honest, transparent and courageous conversations. Your aptitude for influencing even the most stubborn people with your delicate powers of persuasion will come in handy!
  • You need to be someone who thrives in different environments with people from all walks of life. When there’s a problem, you don’t just come with one solution, you come up with three!
  • Lastly, you must be able to hear the word NO and experience rejection without getting discouraged.

What skills should drive your success?

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience and/or recent education or military experience. 1 year’s appointment setting, retail sales, B2B sales, and/or telemarketing, operational process experience also works. Fast-paced, customer focused job skills recognized.
  • High school diploma or GED required but more education is great.

Labor Works provides an excellent benefits package, which includes: Paid Time Off, Group Health coverage, Medical/Dental/Vision and prescription drug benefits, among others

Compensation includes Salary, Commission and Bonuses based on performance.

Salary: $40,000 base plus commissions. GUARANTEED $60,000 in your first year

Commission: 0.50% up to 2.25% of all new business receivables
