What You'll Do :

Welcome New Hires : Conduct engaging new hire orientations (comfortable with public speaking a plus!).

Seasonal Recruitment Champion : Assist with seasonal recruitment efforts - you'll be our organizational rockstar!

Support HR Team : Provide administrative support to maintain accurate employee records and assist with various HR initiatives.

Communication is Key : Clearly communicate with employees and colleagues at all levels.

Requirements :

At least 1 year of direct HR experience

Bilingualism (English and Spanish a plus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in public speaking for new hire orientations.
