DUAL POSITION! FAST GROWING COMPANY!

Responsibilities:

  • Executive Assistant to owner/CEO:
  • Personal Assisting
  • Run errands
  • Get Vehicles detailed
  • 5 years experience as an executive assistant
  • Canva projects (Advanced)
  • Instagram Savy
  • Help schedule appointments, as needed
  • Process returns
  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Stock, reorder and organize marketing materials goodies
  • Tidy office breakroom
  • Open and sort mail and packages
  • Assisting HR Manager:
  • Unemployment claims
  • Employment verifications
  • Garnishments or court ordered debts
  • Child support garnishments
  • New hire paperwork and verification

Pay: Starting $18/hour

Hours: 8 am-12 pm M-F

Primary work location: Mehr Consultancy Office

Requirements (preferred):

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in an office environment
  • HR Assistant experience 2 years
  • Knowledge of productivity tools: Slack, Dropbox, Google Drive
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and driven Office Assistant/HR Assistant to join our team at Mehr Consultancy (MC). MC is a hotel investment and management firm. We have a new and clean office with a fun company culture. We are looking for someone who will take ownership of their roles provide support to the CEO and HR Manager and act as a general office assistant.
