Job Overview:
We are looking for an Admin Assistant/Floater who is passionate, self-motivated, upbeat and friendly. This role will assist the Center Directors in managing day-to-day operations of the school.

Responsibilities:

-Maintain high standards of quality Montessori education by demonstrating sense of responsibility towards the children and commitment to providing environment for growth and independence.

-Demonstrate strong leadership in day-to-day operations of the school.
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in order and keeping track of the inventory.
- Maintain Child Care App , filing, and organizing documents.

- Handle catering lunch and pass it to the classrooms.
- Coordinate and execute special projects as assigned.
- Assist with event planning, coordination and execution.

- Perform clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents and files. Should have passion for kids and be able to step in to the classrooms when needed.

Qualifications:

- Excellent organizations, problem-solving and time management skills.

- Self-motivated, friendly and approachable.

- Previous Montessori classroom experience is a plus.

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Able to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• McKinney, TX 75071: Relocate before starting work (Required)
