Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling benefits to individuals, families, and small business owners.

This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and target potential clients through company provided leads, referrals, and other marketing strategies
• Meet with clients to discuss their health insurance needs and provide them with information on available policies
• Create and present customized insurance plans to clients based on their specific needs and budget
• Continuously educate oneself on new products, industry trends, and regulations to ensure the best possible service to clients
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals

Qualifications :

• Proven sales experience, particularly in the health insurance industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide customized solutions
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Strong understanding of health insurance products and regulations
• Must have a valid insurance license
