AnQi By Crustacean is Hiring an Executive Sous Chef Near Costa Mesa, CA

House of AN has been a family-owned luxury restaurant group in business for over 40 years with locations in Northern and Southern California. Our original restaurant, Thanh Long, still sits stands on Judah St. in San Francisco since 1971; Crustacean San Francisco since 1991; Crustacean Beverly Hills since 1995, and AnQi South Coast Plaza since 2009; with sister restaurant Tiato Santa Monica having opened in 2011. We are now opening our first overseas location in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia!

We have been consistently growing and expanding for over 50 years and we're seeking a powerhouse Chef de Cuisine for our South Coast Plaza location, AnQi, that seeks to learn and grow with our company.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, proactive with an effective yet calm disposition. You have an impeccable eye for detail, a taste for consistency, and a style for artistic and progressive plating techniques. You're calm under high pressure and handle high-volume demands with ease and grace.

As our Executive Sous, along with standard Exec Sous duties, you will manage our kitchen with a team of about 25; responsible for ensuring menu consistency and quality; working with and executing Chef Helene An's masterful recipes in a streamlined and cost-effective way. We also welcome your creativity and invite you to present new dishes to add to our existing menu!
