Anesthesia & Analgesia Medical Group Inc is Hiring an Accounting Administrative Assistant Near Santa Rosa, CA

Position Summary:

Our company is looking for a full-time or part-time Administrative Assistant to support the Finance Department and Business office with daily operations. We are a large single specialty medical group based in Santa Rosa, CA., with over seventy physicians. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational and time management skills and experience working successfully in a demanding environment. Responsibilities will include maintaining and completing files and records as needed, assisting with light accounting duties, and providing general administrative support to accounting and business department teams. Must possess excellent communication and people skills, as well as vital diligence. This is an opportunity to understand better general accounting and business operations in a medical environment.

The position can be full- or part-time.

Salary range is based on qualifications.

A full benefits package is associated with this position if the minimum required hours are met.

Responsibilities

· Assist with front desk/clerical duties and answer incoming telephone calls.

· Assist the Finance Team with processing accounts receivable bills for payment.

· Process vendor invoices and check runs.

· Process employee expense reimbursements.

· Sort and distribute incoming mail.

· Maintain files and electronic records.

· Update and submit bank deposits.

· Assist the Business office with coordinating major company events.

· Provide administrative support in coordinating physicians’ recruitment activities.

· Perform administrative tasks as needed, including running errands

Minimum Position Qualifications:

· Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

· Communication – Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to various audiences, particularly executive audiences.

· Minimum high school diploma college preferred.

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.

Additional Position Requirements:

· Able to sit at a desk and operate a computer for extended periods.

· Able to perform routine office-related tasks such as stocking printer paper and answering phones.

· HIPAA compliance: Adherence to all HIPAA requirements.

· Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable experience preferred.

The position is full-time, and the hours are flexible, including occasional remote work.

3. This position is non-supervisory
