Hiring Event Barista/ Lead
We are a mobile espresso bar and coffee catering company. We specialize in events and corporate activations.
-April - August Part Time
September- December Full Time
Must have:
-barista experience of 1 year
-ability to lift 50 lbs
-a clean driving record
-ability to drive to Morris county NJ and NYC
- be comfortable in a leadership role
- availability a minimum of two weekends a month , must work a minimum of 8 events per month during Sept- Dec
- Flexible hours and schedule

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista and event lead to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious coffee beverages. If you have a passion for coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you!
The Event Lead will set up catering events, converse with clients and be in charge of the other baristas at the event
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos
- Ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage by following recipes and proper brewing techniques
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and answering questions about menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Stock supplies and notify management when inventory is low
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the safety of customers and coworkers
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso equipment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
