Anchored Tiny Homes Inc is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Fair Oaks, CA

Anchored Tiny Homes has been a family-owned and operated business in the construction industry for over 30 years. The ADUs are built on customers' property, and as our business grows, we are expanding our search for people with the skillsets to match.

We are looking for a receptionist/administrative assistant who will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of organizations. They will also perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Welcomes and directs visitors and clients
  • Answers incoming calls with a smile, happily answers customer questions, and forwards calls to the best team member to help.
  • Maintains filing systems as assigned
  • Retrieves information as requested from records, emails, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed
  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
  • Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors
  • Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings
  • Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings.
  • Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment
  • Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each persons visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location
  • Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; take messages and schedules appointments
  • Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items
  • Performs administrative and clerical support tasks
  • Performs basic filing and recordkeeping
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
  • Ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

  • Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Front desk: 1 year (Required)
