ADU SALES SPECIALIST OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced in-home sales specialist to drive the sales of our Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU's) within Chester and Lancaster Counties of PA. This role involves direct, in-home interactions with potential clients, guiding them through the process of designing and purchasing their ideal ADU. Candidates should be local to the Chester and Lancaster Counties areas. With appointments booked on your behalf and a high OTE, this position offers an exciting opportunity for motivated sales professionals with a background in real estate, home builder, construction, or home improvement services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct in-home sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our ADU's.
• Leverage pre-qualified leads and appointments set by our team, while also proactively mining your own network for additional opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and securing referrals.
• Collaborate with our design team to tailor ADU solutions to meet our client needs.
• Travel within your assigned territory to conduct site visits and sales meetings (approx. 75% travel).
• Utilize our CRM system to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions effectively.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas, with the potential to earn between $120,000 & $240,000 annually or greater as there is no cap on sales commissions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum two years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, construction, home building or home improvement services.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals in a consultative sales environment.
• Excellent understanding of sales process from first call through closing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport during in-home visits.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for territory travel.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Availability to work weekends as needed.
