This Sales and Customer Service position offers full time hours, day shift scheduling, competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, paid training with certifications, growth opportunities, and a team culture that is of top priority to our ownership.

Our Compensation and Benefits Packages :

• Competitive Salary : Starting pay ranges from $18.50 - $22.50 per hour
• Pay Details : Includes hourly wage, weekend shift differential, bonus incentives on every sale, and a pay increase upon completion of certification process

Your Role as a Retail Sales Specialist :

This role involves understanding customer needs, providing personalized assistance, handling inquiries, creating quotes, and collaborating with technicians for electronics repair and battery installation services.

Responsibilities also include inventory management and store merchandising to maintain an appealing environment.

What We're Looking For :

• Availability for a 5 Shift, 40-hour week, including weekend shifts.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Basic math skills, technical proficiency, and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• High School Diploma Required, Higher education is a plus
• 2 years of sales / customer service experience preferred, but passion and teamwork are key.
