Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned sales expert with experience in construction, real estate, or homebuilding to accelerate sales of our tiny home solutions in Brookhaven, Tucker, Grayson and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will thrive in in-home engagements, navigating clients through the design and acquisition of their perfect ADU. With pre-scheduled site visits and significant earning potential, this position offers an exciting opportunity to transform client aspirations into reality and deliver exceptional value.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers to explain the benefits and features of our ADUs
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, while expanding our customer base
• Conduct in-home site visits, presentations, and negotiations to close sales
• Collaborate with design/construction teams to ensure customer requirements are met
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
• Update CRM system daily

Requirements:

• 2 years of proven in-person sales experience, preferably in real estate or construction
• Previous In-home sales is highly desired
• Exceptional relationship management; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with ease
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for travel
• Knowledge of local and state ADU regulations and building processes is a plus
