SM Financial Services Inc is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Roseville, CA

We are looking for a Front Desk position that will give an opportunity to learn new skills. Applicant must be able to multi-task, use a computer, have strong verbal and written communication skills, perform administrative activities, and prior bookkeeping related experience is helpful to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. This position include working closely with our accounting team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable, and manage invoices and tax payments. Our ideal candidate should be familiar with the accounting software QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm greeting and excellent customer service to every client;
  • Handle general phone calls, voicemails and emails;
  • Receive and send mail and packages;
  • Schedule appointments in the system for team members;
  • Efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure;
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and stock supplies when received;
  • Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct daybook, suppliers ledger, and customer ledger;
  • Assist accounting and tax department with direct bills related to but not limited to, transacting and retrieving statements.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, live checks, and deposits;
  • Be passionate about working in a fast paced, team environment;

Skills

  • Able to provide outstanding customer service to all clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Efficient and knowledgeable in computer and phone operation (specifically Word and Excel programs).
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to follow company policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in English/Russian/Ukrainian.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
  • The high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
