Amy's Windows LLC is Hiring an Office Manager Near Minneapolis, MN

Office Manager- Edina, MN

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Office Manager to join our fun and talented team!

This opportunity is for someone who has a passion for helping a successful business smoothly and has excellent communication and customer service skills. We offer a positive, enjoyable environment, good compensation and a flexible work schedule.

This role will perform general office responsibilities which include: contract administration, ordering and tracking insurance certificates, tracking expenses, purchasing, marketing (social media, website, etc.) and general administrative tasks. Additionally, detail orientation is needed as this role will be responsible for construction billings, and accounts receivable. QuickBooks knowledge is helpful!

There is also an opportunity for limited hybrid work (1-2 days a week) after an initial onboarding period, based on proven performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of office administrative experience preferred BUT a 2-year degree with experience will also be considered or equivalent amount of education and experience.
  • High computer proficiency; QuickBooks or similar experience is required.
  • Construction billing experience helpful but not required.
  • Payroll knowledge is helpful.
