Job Summary

Responsible for the direction and control of the company’s daily operations for the branch

Responsibilities

 Responsible for managing all branch employees in all aspects of branch operations

 Responsible for achieving budgeted sales and EBITDA targets

 Overall responsibility for employee staffing levels and hiring/termination decisions

 The lead person responsible for the growth of branch business as well as identifying new areas of potential business

 Responsible for ensuring that all branch employees follow company policy

 Expected to represent the company at industry functions, engage in marketing activities with existing and potential customers

 Work closely with executives to ensure branch goals are in strategic alignment with corporate goals

 Responsible for personnel and department corrective action plans and discipline

Requirements

 5 years of managerial experience in the Petroleum, Petrochemical, and Chemical industries required

 Hands-on experience in inspection and/or laboratory work is strongly preferred

 Bachelor or Associates Degree preferred

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
