Focal Pointe Of St Louis Llc is Hiring a Branch Ambassador Near St. Louis, MO

The Branch Ambassador is an extension of the Employee Experience team in carrying out functions that impact the overall culture, relationships, and operations of the branches. This position will report directly under the Branch Manager with a dotted line to the Director of Employee Experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities: The Branch Ambassador does not have any supervisory responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with Operation Leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
  • Determine the Branches’ current staffing needs and produce forecasts.
  • Lead employment branding initiatives.
  • Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors.
  • Plan employee referral programs with the approval from the EE Director.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other members of leadership.
  • Assist in employee experience audits.
  • Reviews employment applications and background check reports
  • Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
  • Host and lead weekly orientation classes for the workforce.
  • Utilize HRIS, Recruitment Marketing tools to define KPI’s and report to the EE department.
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Responsible for new employee compliance and personal file.
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work.”
  • Will attend career fairs as determined by the Branch Manager
  • Manage social media and website recruitment for their perspective branches.
  • Assistance with onboarding of rehires and all applicants through the H2B Visa Program
  • Assist with safety compliance at the direction of the head of the Safety Committee
  • Assist with the deployment of HR policies and procedures and capturing compliance documents for employment files.
  • Aspire setup and training as necessary.
  • Operate as the experience team in planning local events for the support of company culture.
  • Travel up to 20% of the time within the Focal Pointe territory
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • High level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Courteous, professional manner, strong customer service skills.
  • Computer literacy and strong typing skills


Education and Experience:

  • An associate degree and/or a minimum of 5 years HR or administration experience
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Bilingual *preferred*

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (in office), however some flexibility of the schedule is permissible with supervisor approval. Employees must be available and online to chat via Slack or Microsoft Teams. Overtime, evenings and weekend work may be required, as well as occasional day-time travel *reliable means of transportation, unencumbered drivers license and auto insurance required. **
