Essential Branch Manager Functions:
  • Lead the Charge in Branch Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities, expanding our reach and client base. Show us how you want to grow, and we will work together to help you achieve the goals you set for your branch.
  • Assemble a Winning Team: Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence to recruit, train, and mentor a team of top-producing Loan Officers. You’ll have ample resources, cutting-edge technology, and a dedicated operations team to help you redefine success for your branch.
  • Strategize for Victory: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans that optimize performance and achieve consistent growth. Work with our in-house marketing department to implement various strategies across different platforms and design brand awareness events for your network. Experience Desired:
  • A proactive networker, continuously expanding your referral sphere of influence.

  • BA/BS or 4 years of sales experience in retail residential mortgages.
  • A proven track record of developing a high-performing sales team or current team in place.
  • Boasts a winning track record with purchase/refinance loans.
  • Has built strong relationships with local referral networks.
  • Active NMLS# required.
