AMS is Hiring an Area Sales Manager Near Pompano Beach, FL
We are looking for Area Managers to expand our customer base and service returning clients in Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties.
Tp be successful in this role, you should have previous in person sales experience., good character and construction knowledge. Our ideal candidates combine excellent communications skills, personable appearance and a friendly nature. Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business.
Responsibilities
- Manage the need for advertising in your area
- Meet crews on job sites
- Evaluate and do walk through with client
- Write Contracts and submit field drawings
- Submit pictures needed and any other documents
- Identify potential clients and discover new opportunities
- Prepare general material needed
- Participate in decisions for the progress of your jobs
- Maintain communications with your clients
- Ability to measure and analyze
- Understand job progress and operations
- Excellent communication Skills
- Strong organization skills
- good driving record
