• TITLE: Electrical Service/Sales Manager

• OBJECTIVE/MISSION:

• Pursue and secure major sales opportunities. Focus on securing new service contracts, clients and projects. As well as maintaining current service department.

• DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Grow company revenues and client base in accordance with company objectives by adding new accounts and new service lines as well as maintaining existing accounts.

• Create and maintain a productive working relationship with proposed clients, while servicing current clients.

• Provide prompt and exhaustive phone updates immediately after all appointments

• Ensure full ownership of all opportunities. Ensure proper paperwork; Proposals, Contracts, Write-Ups, and Billing are completed properly and in a timely manner. Ensure all files all complete and maintained on our server and in hard copy files.

KEY RESULTS:

• Achievement of individual and departmental gross margin dollar objectives.

• Achievement of individual and departmental number of contracts secured objectives.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Sales and Service experience are must. Electrical experience of 10 years are a must.

• Ability to read and write English. Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.

• Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor.

• Demonstrable math skills, including basic calculations and measuring.

• Able to effectively use computers/technology IE Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of Timberline software a plus.

• Electrical sales, installation, estimating, project management, or property management experience a must.

• Must be a team player who is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

• Possess a high set of moral and ethical standards.

• Must have a clean driver’s record.

COMPENSATION:

• Salary based on experience. $45,000-$75,000 base salary range

• Paid time off available after waiting period.
