We are looking for confident, talented Sales Professionals who are natural relationship builders. Our ideal candidate will be both warm and likeable as well as professional and driven. You will understand the value of the connections you make, responding to leads quickly, and creatively prospecting for new business. We do require sales experience and a proven track record of success. A first year sales rep can expect to earn a minimum of $55k with no cap; our seasoned reps earn upwards of $100k. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintain a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
• Communicates with customer and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggest products and services to meet those needs.
• Demonstrate the functions and utility of products or service to customers based on their needs.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sales.
• Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
• Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
• Provides periodic territory sales forecast.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education/Skills & Abilities

• High School diploma or GED
• Proven outside sales experience (1 year Preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills an attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at time stressful environment
• Physical endurance/stamina - As a Sales Representative you may need to be on your feedfor long hours spend a lot of time traveling between locations.
• Ability to lift 30lbs regularly, crawl through attics, use a ladder to access roofs and inspect crawl spaces when needed
