First year- guaranteed from $45k-$60k (Salary plus commisions) Depending on experience 

Sales experience a must and sales experience in the pest control industry preferred.

What your job duties will entail:

  • You will complete inspections encompassing interior, exterior, attic, and crawl space and provide quotes to prospective customers
  • You will ensure completion of documentation to align with Northwest standards
  • You will generate sales leads via cold calling, networking, strategic partnerships, etc.
  • You will communicate value of service and transition prospects to Northwest customers
  • You will build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers
  • You will attend all Northwest continuing education programs to enhance your daily performance
  • You will keep a Safety-First mindset, including when operating company equipment and company vehicle

Qualifications

What you need:

  • Sales experience a must and sales experience in the pest control industry preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • No Experience Required!
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
  • Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
