Recruiting for a company providing the latest and most innovative technology to improve indoor air quality. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Product Manager to drive the success of their product portfolio and contribute to their continued growth.
This position will:
- Lead the product commercialization, go to market strategy, and value proposition development for new and existing products and services.
- Partner with engineering to develop and execute on a product strategy roadmap from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs.
- Rapidly develop category expertise and utilize marketplace, industry, and consumer insights to lead our product strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer care, to support the go to market and product commercialization strategy.
- Using in-depth market research, market trends, competitive analysis, and user testing; inform the overall product strategy.
- Ensure products are appropriately launched with the sales team and via our channel partners and effectively communicate positioning, target market and pricing strategies.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial objectives to measure product success and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, advocating for user needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.
Position Details:
Compensation: Base pay starting at $100K bonus w/ full benefits
Location: On Site in Tampa, FL
