Our mission is to find motivated, adaptable individuals and help them grow from a Trainee to a licensed Hearing Care Professional through a comprehensive paid training program. No hearing healthcare experience is required. This is a rewarding sales-based opportunity that has long-term career potential, all while dramatically changing people’s lives.

Our company is waiting for you to join our team as a Hearing Care Professional Trainee! Graduates from our Trainee program are our top performing Hearing Care Professionals!

Benefits:

First year base commission once license is obtained
First 3-4 months approximately $40,000 then move to salary commission
Upon completion of the trainee program – compensation would be $70,000 - $100,000 per year
Brand recognition – we’re at the top of our industry!
Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5 PM with the occasional Saturday

What will you do?

As a Hearing Care Professional Trainee, you will work with a licensed Hearing Care Professional to meet with customers to discuss their hearing loss, building a relationship based on trust and empathy from the start. You will also spend time with our training team to prepare for the licensing exam. Finally, you will witness the positive impact of restoring their sense of sound.
