Overview: Service Office Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.
Duties:
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry
- Manage QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Coordinate calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist with project coordination and follow-ups
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong phone systems knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills for effective calendar management
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is a plus
- Ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently
- Project coordination skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously
