OFFICE MANAGER needed for Multi-Family Housing Community (Pinelake Village Cooperative) located in Ann Arbor.
This is a PART-TIME position, Mon, Tues and Fri from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in the housing industry.
Knowledge in government programs a plus.
Must have good communication, organizational and computer skills.
Must have a positive attitude; maintain good resident relations.
