Special Requirements

The Gist…

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Leader of Human Resources and Talent to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture, driving talent acquisition, talent management, human resources, and marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires a forward-thinking leader who is passionate about fostering a human-centered workplace, ensuring HR compliance, and strategically scaling our talent capabilities.

What Your Day Might Include…

  • Oversee comprehensive HR operations, including policy development, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Spearhead innovative talent acquisition strategies resulting in a robust candidate pipeline, reducing time-to-fill and ensuring top-tier talent acquisition.
  • Lead a high-performing recruitment team, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with external entities, recruitment agencies, and networks, expanding the organization's reach and diversifying the candidate pool.
  • Supervise and provide hands on support in implementing talent management programs that contribute to employee development, succession planning, and increased retention rates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and nurture key talents, fostering a high-performance culture and reducing turnover.
  • Implement initiatives that enhance the overall workplace experience, resulting in improved employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to establish and maintain a culture of adherence to HR best practices and legal standards.
  • Resolve employee concerns and conflicts, creating a fair and respectful workplace environment.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing department to align employer branding with the company's overall brand strategy, resulting in a strong and consistent company image.
  • Strategically plan and execute initiatives to scale the organization from a recruiting and talent perspective, ensuring adaptability and growth.
  • Assess and optimize processes to enhance, efficiency, and agility in response to dynamic business needs.
  • Work cross-functionally to support organizational growth, contributing to the overall success of the company.
  • Drive initiatives that foster a positive and engaging work environment.

Requirements

 You’ll Bring These Qualifications…

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 10 years of relevant experience
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM- SCP certification. 
  • Proven experience in senior HR or talent management roles within a fast-paced and growing organization.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing talent acquisition and talent management strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Human-centered approach to leadership and talent management.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align people strategies with business goals.
  • Results-oriented and able to drive change in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
