Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle office tasks, and ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate projects and assist in project management tasks.
- Manage phone systems and provide excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Support office management by handling scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Skills:
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
- Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry.
- Previous experience in a office setting is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to coordinate projects efficiently.
- Knowledge of office management procedures.
- Familiarity with phone systems and professional phone etiquette.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $21.60 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
