We are looking for a self-motivated Associate Product Manager to work for our dynamic, growing company!

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of strategies (product, Technology, and pricing) to enhance commercial success and product(s) competitiveness.
• Generating new product ideas and ensuring product strategy goals are accomplished on time, on budget, and according to specifications.
• Overseeing, supporting, and, at times, managing cross-functional teams and pivotal initiatives.
• Managing product road maps and releases using the "whole product" concept.
• Understand product selling points and collaborate with business development and marketing to ensure commercial success.
• Gathering product data, including web analytics, statistics, and consumer/competitor trends.
• Bug Identification and Fixes: Assist in identifying and resolving bugs, providing technical support as needed.
• Task Management: Undertake the responsibility of composing minor tasks and overseeing their successful execution.
• Marketing Department Support: Keep the Marketing team informed about upcoming releases, enhancing process transparency.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in product management or relevant product experience for 1-2 years.
• Prior product management, product development, or related experience is required.
• Prior budgeting, forecasting, and/or strategic planning experience required.
• Ability to think strategically and transform strategy into actionable plans required.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and consumer feedback.
• Must be fluent in Russian (reading, writing, and speaking).

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's Degree in Technology or a related field.
