Objective:

The Xponential Fitness Martech team is a dynamic and innovative group dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge marketing technology to drive the success of Xponential Fitness. Composed of talented individuals with diverse skill sets, this team collaborates to create and implement strategies that amplify brand presence, engage customers, and optimize marketing efforts across various platforms.

Their expertise spans a wide range of martech tools and techniques, including data analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation, AI-driven personalization, and digital advertising. By harnessing the power of data-driven insights, they craft targeted campaigns that resonate with audiences across the diverse portfolio of Xponential Fitness brands.

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team. The position will be responsible for managing the Xponential Fitness consumer-direct platform portfolio, including X (video-on-demand), XPASS (aggregated cross-brand booking platform), ClassPoints (loyalty program), and BFT Performance app (international fitness training platform). The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple products simultaneously and possess strong product and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the technical specifications and oversee the development process with external development teams.
• Deliver products to market on time and within budget.
• Write clear and concise business and product requirements documents.
• Bring products and features to market with documentation and SOPs for the business.
• Use tools like Amplitude for product analytics and Tableau for business intelligence.
• Integrate, configure, and maximize platforms like Hubspot, Airship, Stripe, and others to enhance product functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in a fitness or technology-related field.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and other ticketing and project management tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude.
• Knowledge of business intelligence and product analytics tools.
• Experience integrating and configuring off-the-shelf platforms for email, payments, etc., into custom products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
