Currently seeking a goal oriented customer service representative for a busy call center in a positive team environment. Providing excellent service to our clients is our first priority. Life insurance industry experience a plus. Bi-Lingual a plus. Looking to fill vacancy immediately.
The ideal candidate MUST be punctual, organized, reliable, hard working.
MUST have EXCEPTIONAL verbal and written communication skills, superb attention to detail, sharp memory and excellent attitude!
MUST be able to take direction and complete tasks accurately and in timely fashion.
MUST be able to solve problems independently AND in a team environment.
Moderate to advanced user of Microsoft Office programs and email.
MUST be Computer/Internet Savvy.
MUST understand that providing a positive experience for our customers on each and every call is PRIORITY ONE.
The position requires a person to be sitting for long periods of time, with total focus on completing multiple tasks.
EXCELLENT Attendance and punctuality are a must for success in this position. Work hours are generally Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
