Compensation: 100% commission-based role with an impressive first-year earning potential of $100,000 - $200,000.

Locations: Rockville, MD & other Various Major Metropolitan Territories Available (Predominantly Remote with In-Territory Travel)

Positions Available: 1 per territory

Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a high-caliber Outside Sales Professional who excels in B2B and direct sales. This role is not just a job; it's an opportunity to make a significant impact on small and independently-owned businesses across the nation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage business owners and key decision-makers with persuasive sales presentations.
  • Conduct daily prospecting through diverse channels like cold calling, emailing, social media, and networking events.
  • Expand the reach of the Partner America™ Program by identifying and partnering with new clients.
  • Overcome objections, conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients, and close sales.
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract new customers.
  • Actively participate in small business networking groups and meetings.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Brings 10 years of B2B and direct sales experience to the table.
  • Is self-motivated and proficient in using sales systems and CRM tools.
  • Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily travel.
  • Is willing to travel overnight for about 10-15% of the time.
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of sales success.
