American Key Supply, a wholesaler to locksmiths, is seeking an experienced Assistant Buyer who is at an intermediate level with Microsoft Excel and data entry tasks. This position requires an individual that feels comfortable manipulating large volumes of data, has a quick typing speed and has experience calculating and making stock par projections using historical sales data. You will work in our Las Vegas office with our Procurement Team. Primary JOB DUTIES:

• Provide administrative support to Buyer and Sourcing Manager
• Assist with Purchase Order Creation
• Managing Open and Closed Purchase Orders
• Performing follow-up routine on all backorders and returns in process
• Monitoring Inventory
• Reviewing Sales History for Purchasing Forecasts
• Assist with Manufacture Returns
• Data Entry Projects
• Work Miscellaneous projects as needed

SKILLS we are looking for:

• Must be fluent and resourceful using email, surfing the Web, Microsoft Office, etc.. for various tasks throughout the day
• Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel working with and manipulating large volumes of data
• Fast typing skills (Typing Test will be Required at time of Interview)
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently, with or without constant supervision
• Excellent Attention to Detail
• Highly Organized
• Ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication skills

We are a relatively small, fast paced, rapidly growing importer/wholesaler of locksmith keys, tools, and supplies online. Our distribution center is located in the Las Vegas, NV area.
