We are currently seeking to fulfill the position of Procurement Coordinator for our interior design projects. Our projects consist of hundreds of unique and custom designed items that will need to be procured, tracked, and installed.

This is not an Interior Design Position.

Basic Requirements for this position are as follows:

Coordinate with all relevant parties (Principal, designers, vendors and clients) and lead from beginning to end of FF&A procurement process, including, tracking approvals/billing and installation process for simultaneous Interior Design projects.

Develop and maintain design, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and installation milestone schedules including ensuring the timely and comprehensive purchase of goods and services required to complete projects on schedule and direct effective expediting to ensure all design required approvals such as strike-offs, CFA’s, shop drawings and prototypes are coordinated.

Ensure procured FF&A meets design specifications, project budget and schedule requirements.

Track purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for project bookkeeping and reconciliation. Generate progress reports and quickly identify and resolve issues.

Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of Interior Design procurement experience. Purchasing experience must be relevant to interior design (FF&A Items) and not purchasing/supply chain generally.
• Work out of our Las Vegas, Nevada office (not a remote position).
• Ability to master purchasing software.
• Track purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for project bookkeeping and reconciliation. Generate progress reports and quickly identify and resolve issues.
• Demonstrated knowledge of budgeting and preparing FF&E estimates.
• Ability to read FF&A specifications, shop drawings, and design drawings including furnishings plans, floor finish plans, reflected ceiling plans, and elevations with designer input to ensure that FF&E is fully coordinated with all pertinent drawings and design intent.
• Ability to master purchasing software.
• High degree of attention to detail and organization and ability to multitask and manage multiple projects, budgets, and schedules at various stages.
• Ability to prioritize under pressure of deadlines and consideration of item lead times.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision, but know when to escalate issues.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate internally and externally.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, in both written and oral form.
