We are currently seeking to fulfill the position of Architect - BIM Specialist - Job Captain to work out of our Las Vegas, Nevada Office.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the United States
• Collaborate with the team to develop and self-produce drawings and details using Revit at all project phases.
• Document at a 300/400 BIM LOD with efficiency and accuracy.
• Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding junior team members and providing mentorship.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
• Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with professional correspondence
• Produce meeting minutes, RFl and submittal responses during construction
• Knowledge of building codes
• Experience in luxury residential

Nice To Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or another related field
• Professional Licensure, and/or actively pursuing
• Experience with production tools such as - Bluebeam, Adobe, etc
• Experience in hospitality and commercial design
