Primary responsible for research and procurement of supplies for Canyon Ranch Las Vegas. Enters Purchase Orders into the software system. Assists the Purchasing Manager to ensure all duties are completed in a timely manner.

You'll be able to gain this experience as the Purchasing Clerk at Canyon Ranch Las Vegas:

Reviews all Purchase Requests before placing order. Maintains appropriate level of inventory to insure smooth operations. Works closely with department Managers to maintain adequate inventories considering business volume. Ensure item costs are accurate in system database and enters purchase orders into system. Works with department managers and Corporate Purchasing to review new vendor / item requests and request entry into system database. Assist Accounting department with invoice discrepancies. You will also manage fitting, issuing and maintenance of Canyon Ranch Las Vegas uniforms.

Additional duties:

• Assist Purchasing Manager and Administrative Staff as needed.
• Assist Warehouse Receiver with pickup and movement of deliveries (pallets, boxes, etc.).
• Assist in Physical Inventory and quarterly cycle counts.
• Files completed paperwork (work order, invoices, purchase orders, etc.).
• Understands and actively practices Canyon Ranch Service Standards.

• Experience:
• Minimum 2 years experience inrelated field.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Must possess an aptitude for math, accurate record keeping, problem solving and analyzing skills.
• Must be customer service oriented with excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
