ATTENTION ALL RECENT ACCOUNTING GRADUATES SEEKING TAX EXPERIENCE Local Long Beach tax offices serving 43 states and 15 countries, since 2001, is in need of individuals who are competent in QuickBooks and who are either CTEC-certified tax preparers or are willing to take the course to become one. Seasoned veterans will work with you to ensure your certifications. The candidate should have some experience working in an office environment and be familiar with QuickBooks and general bookkeeping. Must have strong phone skills and be willing to copy/collate and prepare returns for mailing, do data entry, greet clients, make client phone calls, call for payments, file, and conduct various other office administrative tasks.
