Project Managersin the IT Project Management Office (PMO) would manage projects, resources, budgets, vendor and business relationships. This position will mainly lead cross-departmental teams in delivering infrastructure and security projects across various Operations Teams within IT and may also lead cross-departmental teams in delivering various types of IT Projects for various business units such as Electric Service Delivery (ESD), Finance, IT, Customer Care, Customer Account Management, Customer Energy Solutions, Power Production, Energy and Market Operations.

Minimum (Required):
Years | Skills/Experience |
YES | Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in Business or Management, Engineering, computer science, computer information systems, or management information systems |
YES | Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI |
4-7 | Demonstrated experience in implementation of large-scale IT/OT enterprise application/ Cloud Solution projects and/or Infrastructure/Security Projects (scope, schedules, budgets, resources) including, but not limited to, creating artifacts, identifies and manages project dependencies, critical path, milestones, issues, risks, and deliverables |
4-7 | Experience in systems integration projects |
4-7 | Demonstrated application of project management techniques, WBS (work breakdown structure) development, and coordination of people and resources |
4-7 | Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, Power Point, SharePoint, and Visio, WebEx |
4-7 | Proficient in change management methodologies |
4-7 | Proficient in presenting to multiple levels within an organization |
4-7 | Experience in vendor and contract management including, but not limited to, RFIs, RFPs, SOWs and SLAs |
