Title: Creator Business Development Program Support Contractor
We are seeking a candidate with experience in influencer marketing, specifically within the affiliate marketing space.
The Amazon Influencer Program is a global leader in online marketing and one of the largest external paid traffic channels for Amazon. This position will focus on recruiting and supporting strategic influencers within the Amazon Influencer Program, within the Creators team in New York and will work with the larger creator and marketing teams across New York and Seattle.
As a customer-obsessed creator enthusiast, you will support the Amazon Influencer Program through the sourcing and recruitment of high-potential creator talent across all content categories and emerging strategic segments, scaled communications, performance management, educational materials, and white-glove customer support. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, thorough, and solutions-oriented, possessing a strong understanding of industry trends and a passion for delivering a superior customer experience to Amazon’s creator partners.
Tasks/Responsibilities:
• Support the BD team by executing program recruitment efforts, including sourcing and vetting candidates, outreach, onboarding, performance tracking, and day-to-day business support.
• Utilize social media management tools and analytics platforms to discover prospective talent and track key performance metrics
• Leverage existing tech to provide personalized recommendations to creator partners to help drive day-to-day business and program engagement
• Propose and execute tech-based solutions to streamline existing processes
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute on strategic initiatives
• Effectively manage communications with external creators and agencies
Required Skills:
• 2 years in marketing (influencer/affiliate marketing preferred) and/or tech
• 2 years of cross-functional experience working with multiple stakeholders
• 2 years in a customer-facing capacity
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
contract Length: 11 Months
Location: New York (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $30 - $34 per hour
