This person will be supporting our builders that work in that Public Sector space. The HRP will be the point of contact for policy, guidance, performance management, consulting, conducting investigations, consulting on Amazon compensation. HR contact with expertise for all HR processes across AWS. They will have to prioritize the needs of their builders in a high-volume environment. They will make a lot of high judgement decisions. They will work with a wide range of HR Professionals.
May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
