**Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Manage the front desk area and ensure it is clean and organized
- Maintaining office supplies
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Performing various other clerical tasks such as faxing, scanning, and filing
- Handle inquiries and provide information to clients or visitors
**Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Experience in calendar management is preferred
