Responsibilities
Sales:
- Pursue new business opportunities with strategic accounts
- Perform business development activities, outside sales, calls, social selling, networking
- Grow existing business with established accounts
- Support proposal development, review and negotiation
- Close deals on service-based contracts (fixed-price, delivery-based) or on time-based contracts (delegation of consultants)
Recruitment/HR:
- Continuously interview and match candidates in order to have already qualified talent ready to meet customer's current and anticipated needs
- Being in charge of the consultant career evolution (annual review, training...)
Management:
- Being in charge of your own team of engineering consultants
- Ensure customer' satisfaction, project follow-up
- Manage your P&L statement for your business unit
Skills and qualification required
- Must be local or willing to relocate to Dallas, TX
- 3-5 years working experience in a technical field, or in recruitment or sales
- Minimum requirement is bachelor's degree in engineering or business
- Master's degree in engineering preferred
- Sales / business development experience, preferably engineering services
- Customer prospection, cold calling, account management experience
- Must be okay with both local and overnight travel. Business travel required up to 25% of time for customer visits and internal collaboration meetings
- Great social and analytical skills
- Must be a self-starter with ability to keep a high energy level
- Recruitment experience is a plus
- Some sports or competitive experience is a plus
