JOB DESCRIPTION
DIVISION/LOCATION: Plycem USA
POSITION TITLE: Accounting Clerk
REPORTS TO TITLE: Finance Planning & Reporting Manager
GENERAL FUNCTION:
The Accounting Clerk is usually who ensures the integrity of the product prices loaded in the system and the rebate calculation and verification.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Archive and manage price lists.
- Archive and manage rebate agreements.
- Update the price changes in the system.
- Support to Customer Service in everything related to prices.
- Review and post the rebates request received.
- Prepare profitability analysis to make decisions.
- Prepare periodic reports.

Qualifications
Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI)
Pricing Knowledge.
SAP
Bilingual – Spanish/English (Desired not essential)
EDUCATION
- Associate in accounting, Administration or Finance.
