Right now, we are looking for candidates in the Fort Wayne / Huntington Indiana area to help customers protect their homes, cars, lives, and retirement incomes. You'll be responsible for assisting clients with service related tasks for their insurance policies.

Job Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:

Build agency reputation and growth through positive customer relations, service activities, marketing programs and lead acquisition

Leverage office policies, standards and procedures to help the agency run smoothly and profitable while assisting customers with service tasks.

Work independently, create activity schedules, manage daily activity and hold yourself accountable to your performance goals

Assist in customer claims processing and resolution

Job Requirements of an Customer Service Representative

• Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively work with a team; time management skills are a plus.
• Highly capable of holding yourself accountable to complete tasks and to do lists.
• Straight-forward communicator, dependable and strong verbal skills
• Must have some working knowledge of insurance and/or financial services experience
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Passionate about relationship building, genuinely caring and driven to fulfill customers’ needs
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Must be willing to obtain insurance licenses; already possessing a license is a plus

Note: Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
