Job Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
Build agency reputation and growth through positive customer relations, service activities, marketing programs and lead acquisition
Leverage office policies, standards and procedures to help the agency run smoothly and profitable while assisting customers with service tasks.
Work independently, create activity schedules, manage daily activity and hold yourself accountable to your performance goals
Assist in customer claims processing and resolution
