Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsible for providing administrative support to our executive team with an opportunity to grow into a broader strategic role within the organization.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and documents
  • Coordinate and participate in leadership and sales meetings.
  • Manage and maintain confidential files and records
  • Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed
  • Be a productive and value-added member of the Executive Team
  • Identify opportunities for the improvement in the effectiveness of the Executive team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Remote Work Information

Compensation Information
The average salary for this position is expected to be between $55,000 and $90,000/year however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We do not anticipate candidates to be paid at the top of the range however, from time to time, it may occur on a case-by-case basis.
