You will use your design operations expertise to help the User Experience (UX) team define how we work together, how we get work done, and how our work creates impact.
● Work under the direction of a Lead Design Program Manager on day-to-day tasks managing intake and stakeholder communications for design work outside of engineering squads, including: brand creative, special projects, and MLRCP (medical, legal, regulatory, compliance, and privacy) review.
● Ensure design deliverables follow documented brand guidelines
● Help schedule and manage design critiques and other design ceremonies.
● Provide insights into design trends, conduct UX teardowns of related user experiences, and share your learnings with the design team
● Knowledgeable of managing and collaborating in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, asset management tools, etc.
● 3-5 years of experience in design operations, user experience design, product management, or project/program management.
● Skilled in project management tools (including Jira and Adobe Workfront).
