We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to report to an Associate Creative Director and design stand-out brand and marketing creative for Allē. If you’re interested in working within a startup-oriented environment, while having the backing of a very large company, please read on.

You will 

• Support B2C and/or B2B campaigns, delivering stand-out creative across multiple marketing channels. 

• Partner with your Creative Director to evolve the Allē brand and visual identity.

• Work with producers in the visual QA process to ensure quality implementation.

• Participate in design reviews to ensure alignment with key stakeholders; medical, legal, regulatory, and compliance; and adherence to brand and accessibility standards. 

• Provide insights into design trends, conduct reviews of competitor marketing and brand design, and share your learnings with the broader Allē Design team. 

• Skilled in mobile-first responsive web design, email design, content design, and designing for various social platforms.

Required Experience & Skills 

• 3-5 years of marketing design expertise at an agency, studio, or in-house team. Experience designing for performance marketing channels, art direction for video and photo shoots, and illustrating.

• Experienced in Figma, auto layout, and prototyping; Adobe Creative Suite; and similar design tools.

• Empathy for how our consumers and aesthetic providers behave and feel about Allē and actively participate in user research. 

• Gracefully accept feedback and critiques and seek out any new information that will help prepare you for your next challenge. 

• A portfolio featuring examples of outstanding design work.
