Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and support in achieving business development goals.
Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and revenue growth.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree: In Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or related role within the media and advertising industry.
Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
