Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant role will grant expert operational and customer services to Aldenbridge San Jose customers, clients, and staff. The position provides a wide range of administrative duties to support the operations of the Warehouse and Motor Pool teams, including entering clients' orders, scheduling outbound pick-ups with carriers, data entering and maintenance of databases, receiving, processing, and dispatching inbound and outbound correspondence, directing incoming calls, filing and e-filing, managing vouchering, ordering and reception of supplies and similar clerical tasks as may be required.
Customer Service: The incumbent acts as Front Desk representative for clients and staff providing accurate and updated information and receiving, screening, and solving or redirecting inquiries. Communicates clearly and courteously. Interacts cooperatively and harmoniously working effectively as a team player to establish positive relationships.
